International Development Service

ASTEC through its International Development initiative, provides a unique service to clients. This initiative helps the client organisation to expand business and markets and ensures a greater financial return. This expanded strategy will also mean that participating entities will be less reliant for future business on a limited number of clients, intermediaries and stagnating markets.

ASTEC International Development can assist with quick and secure market entry:-

  2. Regular face to face meetings with clients to agree strategy and operational requirements.
  3. Assistance in developing Strategy paper for Selected Markets – outlining objectives and priorities for the organisation. 
  4. Tailored project tracking system for clients
  5. Development of databases and research on opportunities, competitors and prospects
  6. Assistance and advice on developing references, company CVs and company documentation required for bidding on various projects
  7. Assistance to client sales and marketing executives
  8. Quarterly seminar, training or review for client staff
  9. Identification of possible partners - local and international
  10. Identifying opportunities to bid together with ASTEC or other key partners
