The environment and its sustainability have become major topics of interest over the last number of years and have become a predominant concept in determining future strategy for most countries, ministries and governments including firms within the private sector. 

ASTEC has embraced this development and as a result has been involved in providing technical assistance across the EC covering the management of coastal areas, sea border surveillance, waste water management, cadastre and agriculture to name but a few. The ASTEC team provides expertise in all areas of technical assistance within the environment sector including development of Technical Specifications, Implementation, Procurement and so on.
